Building Renovation

Facade upgrades, structural repairs and full-building refurbishments for commercial property.

Glass commercial towers seen from street level

Overview

Older commercial buildings often have good bones and a tired face. We upgrade facades, common areas and services so the property lets better and lasts longer.

Our team coordinates structural engineers, services contractors and finishing trades under one programme.

Questions

Common questions about Building Renovation

Not covered here? Call +92 321 4461 807 and talk it through with us.

What does a building renovation include?

Usually some mix of facade cladding and glazing, structural repairs, waterproofing, lobby and common-area refurbishment, MEP upgrades and exterior paint and signage. We scope it after surveying the building, so you only pay for what the property needs.

Can tenants stay in the building during the work?

In most cases, yes. We phase the work floor by floor or area by area, agree working hours with building management and keep entrances and common areas safe and usable.

Do you work with structural engineers?

Yes. Structural repairs are designed or checked by structural engineers, and we coordinate them with services contractors and finishing trades under one programme.
